For the serious boxer.  This is the perfect density for hard training.  Select the 100-Pound Size (which is ideal).  Chain and swivel are included.

Brilliant design that mounts on the bottom and side of wooden beam.  Spring action to minimize vibration.  Not the cheapest, but look no further.

This spring is best for a 100 pound bag.  Further reduces shock to the mount making heavy bag training more quiet to the rest of your home.

I use this pretty much whenever not running.  Sits in the car, on the night table, desk, etc.  This is the new and improved version.

I'm not going to say that you don't need these.  Regular cotton socks aren't bad, but not a terrible idea for "marathon" Race Day and a few runs.

This is a small keychain flashlight that everyone needs no matter who you are.  Possibly the most handy item on earth.  Takes a single AAA battery.

This may be the best book on marathon prep.  The programs go from slightly to very aggressive.  I'm doing the "easiest" one for my next race.

I use this during a marathon.  Nicely fits the essentials; including a 150ml softflask (for fuel).  Pay attention to the sizing chart and color choices.

A very good call for your marathon fuel.  Fits well in a Zipster.  I use this plus a 250ml one in an Amphipod Belt.  Check out my Blog Post.

This is very helpful when raining before the Start.  Comes in quantity 5 and is disposable yet reusable.  A great choice for travel and just to have.

I generally us this on Race Day and usually just for a marathon.  It's specifically for my 250ml softflask and wears comfortably over the Zipster.

I use this for marathons because one of my fuels is 6 scoops of Tailwind; which is too much for the 150ml version.  Explained in my Blog Post.

These are the ones for those cold days and/or on the way to the Starting Line (on those cold days).  With or without gloves.  You might wish you had these.

These actually work.  Will be using them more myself; in light of just pulling a tick out of my head.  Essential for trail running and definitely for travel.

Consider Fox Labs Pepper Spray when looking for a personal defense item.  This is extremely harsh so don't test on yourself and don't ask how I know.

A great do-it-all hydration belt for running.  No-bounce silicone grip that contours to the body.  Comes with two 8 oz. bottles.  Wear low on the hips.

Very light and ergonomic for a relaxed, no-slip natural grip.  Expandable zippered pocket on strap for small items/phone.  Holds 20 oz. of water.
